The company now has LG60, ld80, LD50, ld40, LG30, ld20, ld15, ld12 and other cold rolling product lines, 1.5t-50t cold drawing line and bright annealing furnace. It is equipped with tensile testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic testing, hydraulic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, roughness testing and intergranular corrosion testing equipment.
The company adopts advanced production technology, and can implement multi-national production standards and specifications, such as American Standard (ASTM), German standard (DIN), Japanese standard (JIS) and national standard (GB / t14976, GB / t14975, GB / t3090) to organize production. The main material types include 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 309S, 310S (2520), 317L, 904L, 31803 (32205), 904L and other austenite and dual phase steels. The outer diameter range of the product is 0.8mm-530mm, and the wall thickness range is 0.1mm-30mm.
